All costs are automatically recorded and calculated, whereby all exceptional cases such as discounts can be taken into account.
If required, Evention® generates and sends PDF invoices in your design. If the invoices are issued by other departments in your company, you can export the required data after the end of your event.
The Evention® API also supports direct connection to a payment service provider (PSP) of your choice. All common payment methods such as SEPA direct debit, Paypal, credit card, bank transfer, Giropay, paydirekt can be activated and used.
This not only allows you to significantly reduce the effort involved in integrating and processing different types of payment, but also to benefit from special services such as risk management and debt collection.
