Backend users can create any task and assign it to an event if required. Descriptions, attachments or deadlines can then be added and the task assigned to a user.

Using freely definable task categories and various filters, you can keep track of the assignment and processing status of all tasks at all times, as well as compliance with defined milestones.

The system also supports you by sending emails to automatically remind employees of the tasks they have to perform.
